Swedish Armed Forces - Recruitment Campaign

Lembro que a um bom tempo atrás, quando ainda trabalhava na Click, tive contato com o Virtual Barbershop. Fiquei encantado e procurei saber mais como funcionava. Descobri que o nome da técnica usada para captura do áudio se chama gravação binaural. Na época, a primeira coisa que passou na cabeça de todo mundo foi: "Já pensou que maneiro um site com isso"?

Após vários meses, imaginem a minha surpresa ao ver que para as forças armadas da Suécia, foi feito um site com esse recurso. Produzido pela DDB Stockholm, contou com a parceria da Acne Digital.

I remind that, a long time ago, when I was still working at Click, I met the “Virtual Barbershop”. I was impressed with it and started learning how it worked. I discovered, then, that the name of the technique used to capture the sound was “binaural recording”. In that time, the first thing that went through my mind was: “can you imagine a website with that?”

Imagine my surprise, a few months later, when I discovered that the site developed for the Swedish Armed forces was based on this feature. Produced by DDB Stockholm, in partnership with Acne Digital.

Honda Problem Playground é um comercial que fala sobre como resolver problemas de uma forma divertida. Para isso foram usados quebra-cabeças gigantes e cubos mágicos. Comercial feito pela Wieden + Kennedy, que termina com a frase "todo problema não é um playground?"

Honda Problem Playground is an ad about solving problems in a funny way. To do this, they used giant puzzles and Rubik's cubes.The ad was made by Wieden + Kennedy, and finishes asking us "isn't every problem a playground?"

Schematic

Schematic é uma agência interativa com uma presença web simples, agradável e bem implementada. A primeira coisa que me chamou a atenção foi a possibilidade de ver todo o conteúdo do site ao se dar zoom out. Isso realmente causa uma impressão de compreensão da extensão do mesmo. A liberdade de arrastar o conteúdo também é um dos recursos que me pegou. Isso tudo é claro, sem esquecer o "menu tradicional", que não deixa de ser intuitivo e interessante.

Schematic is an interactive agency with a simple, pleasant and well implemented web presence. The first thing that caught me in this website was the possibility to visualize all of its content by simply “zooming” it out. It really gives us a good impression of the extension of the text.
Besides that, the freedom of dragging it is a feature that impressed me. Finally, I can’t forget to mention the “traditional menu”, also intuitive and interesting.
